Crowd
Assimilation

The fundamental question we put to ourselves was:

“Is it possible to influence crowds with a management concept?” The answers showed that by using a functioning guiding principal this is indeed possible. Based on this knowledge and 25 years of experience in the events field the concept of crowd assimilation was conceived.

The approach is to annul to a certain degree the limits between the members of staff and the organiser on the one hand and the guests on the other. “Friendly but determined” is not enough in this case. Guests and personnel must work together in order to reach a common objective – a good event.

Communication, empathy and respect.
